Meditation

Meditation is traveling towards authentic Self. Witnessing what is happening inside ourselves: letting go the pictures, the emotions and the thoughts without attachment without denial and judgments. By being present of the moment (here and now), it is possible to discover a natural state of our Being free of any personal story. With this practice, we can explore new perspectives of freedom and clarity, which can be useful in everyday life and in conflict’s situations.

AIKIVISION offers with Infinite Inspiration, an introduction on mediation in 8 weeks. Classes are given in English, German and French.  This workshop teaches to the participants different “techniques” of meditation:

Developing consciousness in the Body
Expressing freedom through movements

Sitting meditation
Walking meditation

Tasting Inquiry in meditation

Discovring meditation on loving kindness
